Uusi tietosuoja-asetus velvoittaa rekisterinpitäjän tekemään tietosuojaa koskevan vaikutusten arvioinnin ennen henkilötietojen käsittelyn aloittamista, mikäli suunniteltu henkilötietojen käsittely aiheuttaa korkean riskin yksilön oikeuksille ja vapauksille. Käymme webinarissa läpi sääntelyssä kuvatut tilanteet, jolloin vaikutusten arvioinnin tekeminen on välttämätöntä ja pohdimme missä muissa mahdollisissa tilanteissa arvion tekeminen olisi suositeltavaa. Lisäksi käymme läpi sitä miten arvio käytännössä tehdään ja mitä asioita siinä tulisi käsitellä.

Eija is currently heading Data Protection & Privacy practice at Castrén & Snellman. For years, she has advised our domestic and international clients in complex international data transfer and outsourcing arrangements, carried out data protection audits, prepared privacy programs and advised in numerous national and international data breach cases.
