Through this Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner workshop, you will be able to advance the HOW TO dimension of Product Owner role, and grow skills that help you and your organization build the most fantastic product with concepts and practices with Scrum framework, from product discovery, design thinking, hypothesis driven portfolio management, evaluative experiements.
Through the workshop, we will go from business problem, product idea, customer understanding, CX and UX, prioritizing and validating assumption, and leverage Scrum framework for modern product development.
Target audience
The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster workshop requires previous Scrum knowledge and experience.
This is NOT a session for those who are new to Agile and Scrum.
All attendees must have the Certified ScrumMaster certification (CSM) and with a minimum of one year practice prior to the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) workshop. If you don’t current have a CSM certification, please contact us for options.
Participants should be passionate in advancing as a ScrumMaster and an Agile coach, and therefore be willing to challenge their own thinking and approaches within this course.

If you can not participate this course, you can send someone else instead of you. If cancellation is done less than 14 days before the course start, we will charge 50% of the price. In case of no show without any cancellation, we will charge the whole price. Cancellation fee will also be charged in case of illness.
