CULTURAL TRAINSFORMATION TOOLS PART 1 FOUNDATION TRAINING

This training programme will change the way you design and facilitate change programmes. The training is set up to increase personal and organizational consciousness, enhancing awareness around drivers for change and values, linking performance to organizational culture.

Our goal: Your confidence in using the Barrett model & Cultural Transformation Tools in your organization or with your clients.

This is an accreditation course to become a Certified Practitioner of the Barrett Values Centre Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT)

The 2-day CTT Part 1 - Foundation Certification program consists of:

  • The 7 Levels of Consciousness Model and the role of conscious business and conscious leadership,
  • Detailed understanding of how to use the Cultural Transformation Tools® to assess an organization, and to map, measure and manage the current and desired workplace culture
  • How to interpret and present the results of the Values Assessments to leadership teams and focus groups
  • Cultural Transformation Tools: indices and plot reading of:
    • Individual Values Assessments
    • Cultural Values Assessments
    • Leadership Values Assessments
    • Business Needs Scorecard
  • Business cases,
  • Whole-system change roadmap,
  • Highlighting cultural transformation and leadership development
  • Rights to use Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT Accreditation)
  • Introduction to and affiliation with the Barrett Values Centre and global values network

This course introduces tools, processes, and metrics to enable leaders and managers to understand what is driving employees to either be high performing, or want to leave the organization. With concrete data and new insights, leaders and managers are able to link organizational performance to workplace culture.

The assessment process engages the workforce, creating a culture of inclusion in the change process. With new awareness and information, leadership teams can develop new strategies for employee engagement to fuel higher performance.

To support your learning journey, we will:

  • Deepen your knowledge of the model and tools,
  • Work with real life business cases,
  • Learn through group interaction,
  • Support you when doing your first assessments(s) after the training and/or when you’d have any questions,
  • Share our expertise, materials, models and designs.

Upon completion of the course, you will receive:

  • One free Individual Values Assessment Report (Value $200 US) to use with a colleague or client,
