This training programme will change the way you design and facilitate change programmes. The training is set up to increase personal and organizational consciousness, enhancing awareness around drivers for change and values, linking performance to organizational culture.
Our goal: Your confidence in using the Barrett model & Cultural Transformation Tools in your organization or with your clients.
This is an accreditation course to become a Certified Practitioner of the Barrett Values Centre Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT)
The 2-day CTT Part 1 - Foundation Certification program consists of:
This course introduces tools, processes, and metrics to enable leaders and managers to understand what is driving employees to either be high performing, or want to leave the organization. With concrete data and new insights, leaders and managers are able to link organizational performance to workplace culture.
The assessment process engages the workforce, creating a culture of inclusion in the change process. With new awareness and information, leadership teams can develop new strategies for employee engagement to fuel higher performance.

If you can not participate this course, you can send someone else instead of you. If cancellation is done less than 14 days before the course start, we will charge 50% of the price. In case of no show without any cancellation, we will charge the whole price. Cancellation fee will also be charged in case of illness.
