This course is designed to prepare students to sit and pass the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader: Digital & IT Strategy (DITS) examination. In order to sit the exam, students must satisfy of the following criteria:

Assessment 1

During the training, students will take case-study-based assignments. These assignments will be graded according to the assessment matrix.
Four assignments of 60 minutes each with a pass mark of 75%
The assignments are open-book
Assessment 2
multiple-choice questions (MCQ)
At the end of the training course, students are asked to complete a multiple-choice examination. Candidates must pass the case study assessments in order to take the exam. If a candidate fails the first assessment, they may be given an additional written assignment based on the same case study.
Online multiple-choice proctored exam with a duration of 60 minutes
The exam is closed-book, with only the provided materials being permitted for use
The pass mark for the exam is 70%: you must get 21 out of 30 questions correct
